Motivation
Some of the deps are sensitive to multiple versions. To ease upgrading, I am removing all the deps from packages that haven't been upgraded yet.
Approach
Remove all deps. The
github-apisimulator is being upgraded in another branch. These remaining deps will see upgrades as required, and the deps can be brought back as needed at that time.
