Hello, thank you for creating a tool with so many atlases and methods to choose from.
I am in the process of trying to utilize ArchMap, and have been unsuccessful in being able to have my dataset processed. I have followed the "Query Upload Requirements!!" to my knowledge, however for some reason I am still getting a "Processing failed" message. I have a screenshot attached. The top mapping is the same dataset as the second (~5k cells), only the methods selected are different, and the second and third (~38k cells) datasets are different, but the reference and method selections are the same. I've attached a screenshot of the error.
I've also confirmed that my adata.X has no nan values.
Thank you in advance.

Hi @maggiebr0wn, Thanks for reaching out and sorry you are having issues with the tool! Is raw count data stored in your adata.X? This is necessary for all the models
