  • Create a new nf-core branch
  • Recreate the the pipeline starting with the template
  • Add missing conda recipes Missing conda recipes #46
  • Add modules for the tools nf-core modules #48
  • Ensure that the test datasets are complete + add them to https://github.com/nf-core/test-datasets/
  • Consider having a single samplesheet parameter instead of creating it on the fly
  • Glue things together
  • Overhaul documentation
  • Move the repository to nf-core
  • Update the URL in the manuscript
  • Celebrate
