Specify root based on specific genes

Hello,

Thank you so much for creating this tools to infer trajectories. I am following the Vignette in Scanpy and while finding the root associated with any of the info stored in data.obs is ok, I was wondering if there is a way to set the root based on a gene (group of genes), something similar to what monocle2 does.
