I tried running
bin/examples/cci_set_agc /dev/i2c-1 0
to disable the AGC parameters before I ran the leptonic bin however it didn't seem to make a difference in the Lepton's AGC. Any ideas?

^^ the AGC of the Lepton keeps swinging the exposure settings wildly when there are no important subjects in frame

Oof. It's been a while so please forgive my poor memory of this project! Additionally my only Lepton module is sort of built into my thermal camera at the moment so I can't easily test myself. First thing I'd check is: is the CCI actually working? Can you for example read the camera uptime with cci_get_uptime()? I distinctly remember disabling AGC working correctly for me so I'm fairly sure it should work assuming the CCI is working.
