Ability to easily change to non-twitter social network?

When I pull updates, I have to go in and mod the header to point to App.net instead of Twitter. No biggie, but would be cool to have a pop-up in svbtle-options instead of only being able to point to Twitter or perhaps just a blank entry in options to allow a url and link.
