Bamboo cth-470 can not mapping pen on Mac Ventura 13.4

Hi Nicolas,

thanks so much for such a great driver fix. I just installed the "Install-Wacom-Tablet-5.3.7-6-patched.pkg" on my mac Ventura 13.4, the pen finally works. But there is a problem is that I can not mapping pen to monitor.

Can you take a look, how can I solve the problem?

Same for Bamboo Pen. I managed to open that dialog once and change the mapping. But later I reverted all settings to default and since then, the Mapping as well as assigning Keystrokes is not working. MBP '13 2020, Ventura 13.4.1.

@blatoo I was browsing the issues here and found the solution. Please, see #105 (comment). For me, that worked like a charm.
