Add categories

Hi,

The plugin is really great and especially useful.

We have been using it for almost half a year and I personaly liked the last improvments.

I would suggest to let users add new categories to the top of the plugin. "Favourites" & "Courses" are already implemented but I think it would be great to let the users to add their own categories. For example a student would be able to add a category named "2018" which contains all its 2018 courses or a French categorie with its French courses. For a teacher it would be useful to have his courses categorised by grade level (First year, Second year, etc), types of training, etc.

I hope my suggestion is clear.

I think that's a great idea. Unfortunately, it would be a substantial rewrite to achieve as the tabs are not generalised at all.

I'll leave this here and if I get some time I'll try to add this feature.
