[feat] layer bundle archive #5
Description
Right now this action only help in deploying the bundled archive. Developers take care of layer bundling and handling archives by either writing separate action or action step. The idea is to update the layer by providing additional feature on bundling the layer archive as part of this workflow too.
This needs ideation on following parts:
- Manage this across multiple languages like NodeJS, golang, python, java etc.
- Proper version and arch tagging.
- Directory structure and other requirements.
