User is not getting any notifications when subscription status is pastDue.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create new subscription with trial period
Wait for subscription trial period expires + graceful period
Open Role Center
No notification displayed

Expected behavior

There should be a notification which follow user to a payment method screen
