Document the issues customers face while trying to execute remote operations like software management or log retrieval on thin-edge devices and their struggles in debugging what went wrong. This document will help us plan any improvements needed in the debuggability of thin-edge with concrete feedback from the field.

A live document that captures customer pain points while using the remote device management features, especially around their pain points in debugging the issue remotely when things go wrong.

Additional context

Since the approach is slightly different for "native operations" like software update, supported by tedge-agent and other custom operations, supported by cloud mapper, it might be better to have them documented separately.
