Refactor FaunusCompiler to allow for getting job status #165

This patch splits FaunusCompiler into two classes. The first factors out the management of running the multistage job into a FaunusJobControl class. The second class is a FaunusTool that implements the hadoop Tool interface and uses the FaunusJobControl to run the jobs. This makes FaunusCompiler a bit more orthogonal This closes thinkaurelius#164.

I have -- the problem is that Faunus is in a weird hiatus state right now as Titan/Faunus 0.5.0 are going to be coming out soon and we are trying to figure out how to merge Faunus "into" Titan. In other words, lots of changes coming up and we don't want to introduce more features as of right now.
