Add library to PlatformIO and Arduino Libraries?

I would love for the code to be available on PlatformIO Registry, and while I have no need for it, it would make sense for it to also appear on Arduino Libraries. I have reorganized the code and added the necessary library properties files for both platforms, and I could publish the code from my repo, but before I do that I was wondering if @thorsten-gehrig would be interested in doing so instead. If so, I can submit a PR from my "pio_arduino_library_compliance" with the required changes.

On the same note, I think it would be nice to rename the repo from "arduino-tpuart-knx-user-forum" to "KnxTpUart" since that's the name of the library. I do find that name to be a bit limiting since in the future it would be nice to have support for IP and RF as well, but that's a topic for another day.
