reuse thoth env variables:

e.g.

THOTH_CEPH_BUCKET=thoth
THOTH_CEPH_BUCKET_PREFIX=data
THOTH_DEPLOYMENT_NAME=ocp4-stage

environment can be derived from THOTH_DEPLOYMENT_NAME
