Currently an actor can not access the package instance it belongs to or vice versa. This does not really make sense as the package install arguments can not influence the behaviour of the actors unless some sys.path and global variable magic is used to include a separate python file. It would be cleaner if the actors can access the package instance and fetch the information from there or if the package can access the actor instances so it can set the appropriate information in its start method.
