I believe it should get retried for couple of times at least before bailing out

Work Completed

  • Added retrying mechanism to try to get node host ids 3 times at least before bailing out

  • Tested it with tfrobot and it indeed tried to get the host ids before it returned an error

  • Before the update to retry this was the result of the same deployment
