As discussed with Thabet and Scott, we could add a GlusterFS solution on the Dashboard enabling HA for storage.

Configuration Examples

Here are some examples. Let's see how best to move forward.

• 3 nodes
  • Each node runs GlusterFS server
  • Each node has local storage
  • Metadata and data distributed across nodes
  • Can survive one node failure
• 6 nodes
  • 2 replicas per brick (3 nodes each)
  • More robust data distribution
  • Better performance and redundancy
