Cannot find CUDA_HOME. CUDA must be available to build the package.

Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today i came to the decision to abandon comfyui desktop app to solve my sageattention problem once and for all. I tried with my co-partner ChatGPT. I came so close to sucess but now i have the Error that Cuda can't find his Home :( and my Plan B was to get some assistance from the Github Community and that's the reason i'm here :)

For your Info i don't know if thats the right path but i installed Sageattention in
C:\Users\santa\SageAttention>

and here is my Error:

Your environmental variables or paths might be missing?
Check against this article if you missed anything related to triton.

Triton (latest) will install with Cuda 12.8 but SageAttention (latest version 2.1.1) won't - mine also stops with that error (inside of a venv) .
