Please include support for Smbios Spec V 3.8.0 to IndustryStandard\SmBios.h under MdePkg and Library\UefiShellDebug1CommandsLib\SmbiosView\PrintInfo.h under ShellPkg. We will contribute the changes, attached the Patch for reference.
