希望能支持往已存在的空文件夹（仅有.git)里新建项目，这样可以省去配置 git remote 的步骤，更方便

这个可以讨论一下，现在新建项目的方法是 clone 一个模板下来，那就一定需要不能有同名文件夹，你认为有什么比较好的替代方案？
