Feedback to TiKV and its poor management

Posted this on slack too, but I have a feeling that the post would be forgotten

• Issues on GitHub are not being answered ASAP on a Monday; your issue page is a joke.
• Documentation is poor; some of the information is on PingCAP some of it is on TiKV. One hub for all info.
• Slack is a snoozefest, nobody is answering any of my posts; looking above it doesn't look any better
• Can't search for old conversations because this Slack server is free and not pro; you should switch to Discord if you can't pay
• If you want to be taken seriously, work on getting more contributors and maintainers. Community building, you can do better than 2k members on a dead slack server.
