Need email notification functionality

Should trigger on:

Register
Forgot password
Purchase chat
Chat listing was purchased (owner)

Need real-time notifications for VideoChat component:

Should be similar to video chat peerConnection.
Open another peerConnecion on component mount
Watch for new calls in real time
Open modal
Send emails to both users, ten minutes before call. A scheduled job?
Send email to customer when called
Send email to customer when call is marked complete
