Historic performance

There should be 5 bar charts per view that show the previous 5 periods' performance to whatever period the view is on. This should be to the right of the performance map.

If on a year, show previous 5 years' performance as individual bars on a chart. If on a month, show previous 5 months' performance as individual bars on a chart.
