This is sadly not really in our power to change. AWS has to decide to support the pgai extension on RDS themselves. You can request it via your rep or a support ticket though. If enough people do that, they will eventually have to consider it.

In the meantime, I can only suggest you to checkout timescales cloud offering if you want a hosted experience. We do play quite nicely with AWS as well, so maybe that's an option.
