Declare license metadata?

See e.g. https://github.com/Zac-HD/shed/blob/master/setup.py for what this looks like, it'd be good to include the License :: OSI Approved :: Python Software Foundation License classifier and probably the license= key too. Useful to minimize the number of special cases we need to track!
