This is tricky because we have two sets of roles currently

IBIMD project -> https://github.com/timmcginley/41934/tree/main/Uses/IBIMD
and the PennState -> https://github.com/timmcginley/41934/tree/main/Uses/PennState
so
should we have sub folders?
should we compile into a single set of 31934 uses? I think this would be simpler?
