Sensor disconnect / backfill behavior

Heya, I recently found this nice tool, but had a question about what to expect when the sensor is temporarily away from the phone.

Right now, what happens is that when I'm back in range of the phone again, nightscout will show new events, but won't back-fill with what the sensor had been queueing up while it was disconnected.

Meanwhile, I'm also using the Glucose Direct app that also gets its data from librelink, but that doesn't have any gaps.

Does this tool attempt to retrieve all events with a higher timestamp than the last successful retrieval, or does it just retrieve the most recent event when it polls librelink?

Sorry, I just did another test and I was wrong about Glucose Direct filling in the gaps too. I guess librelink doesn't backfill from the freestyle app when it catches up with the sensor.
