♻️ Refactor - criteriaMapping()

@isaaclombardssw found some cool TinaTech that allows us to dynamically pass content within objects of a template. I used this an added upon it within the criteriaMapping() method.

It would be better however if this logic (to do with the TableBox component) was extrapolated into either a) the Table directory. b) the table.tsx file or c) its own utility class
