Pain

We need to improve the testimonials section on the Tina.io homepage. Currently, the testimonials are displayed as a list of cards that take up a lot of vertical space. We would like to implement a marquee-style display similar to the one on Magic UI to save vertical real estate.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Testimonials section should be updated to a marquee-style display.
2. The new display should take up less vertical space compared to the current list of cards.
3. The new design should be visually appealing and consistent with the overall design of the Tina.io homepage.
