ON IMAGE UPLOAD base64 is not shown and upload button ui-distorted

What is the current behavior?
When uploading an image and converting it to base64 the source field remains empty and even the upload button is not properly visible

Please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem via codesandbox.io or similar.

base64 should be displayed in source

Which versions of TinyMCE/TinyMCE-Angular, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of TinyMCE or TinyMCE-Angular?

It is an angular and java based application and also in this case the browser gets crashed too when trying to debug it.
