Disable specifc tag on editor

Hello, guys.
Is possible disable a specifc tag inside the editor?
For example, I have a dropdown tag, but when this tag is clicked on editor mode the dropdown is not displayed, is select as a html, this is only displayed in readonly mode and I need display different content as the user click in a different option on editor mode. I tryed noneditable plugin but this block any action of click. If anyone have a idea about this, I really appreciate. Thank you in advance.
