Weather widget reporting connection error #141

The weather widget reports a connection error when opening or refreshing.
Tried accessing the url showed in the ini file and it also gave an error:
query.yahooapis.com’s server IP address could not be found.

The weather widget in MinhThienDX/win10widgets has the same error.

Yeah the weather widget break quite often.

Seems to be related to #128

Yahoo Weather API has been deprecated.
