In short I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to update a game installed from GOG.
Specifically, I'm trying to update Dead Cells (the linux native version). I see that there is an update indicator which is present (btw I agree with the sentiment in the pinned general UI discussion that the update indicator is too small / vague, I didn't even notice it nor know what it meant until I saw it mentioned). However, I cannot see a way to update it bar backing up the saves, uninstalling, and reinstalling. I see that in issue #78 it was stated that automatic updating has not yet been implemented, but perhaps it's been implemented since or there's a manual way of doing it?
Edit: I see there was an update released on the Dead Cells wiki, Gamehub says there's an update... but when I backed up my saves and uninstalled, hoping to install the latest version, I don't appear to be able to? The version it says it's going to install is identical to the version I had before. And it still says it (and other games) have updates, despite not being installed. But I suppose that's a different thing.
Edit 2: I jumped the gun on that first edit. It does install the updated version. But it did say that it was going to install the old one (perhaps since I (stupidly) manually deleted the installer from the collection). So backup+uninstall+reinstall did work, but gamehub displayed the wrong version as what it would install. The displayed game version is also what was previously installed, not what is currently installed. Should I create an issue or would this fall under 'user did a bad and program unsurprisingly misbehaved'?
