• Find and fix graphics that need to be higher resolution
• New chapters start on new page (via \clearpage)

• R code output outside page

Noting that callouts can more reliably be constructed (considering both PDF and HTML output formats) using the ideas in https://bookdown.org/yihui/rmarkdown-cookbook/custom-blocks.html
