Make it easier to extract SE of detection function parameters #50

We print the SE for detection function parameters (e.g., sigma for halfnorm) using the print method print.dfunc. But the SE isn't stored in the dfunc object, it's calculated in the print function. Would be nice to store inside the dfunc object so that it's easy for the user to extract.
