Aidan added the ability to give sdraw() a strata column, and a stratified sample is drawn. Currently, this functionality is only in the function.

We need to modify the SDraw shiny app to all the user to input a strata columne and strata sample sizes.

An updated version of the app is now hosted by WEST. It still does not include the option for strata.
