Transcription Error: Cannot find an appropriate cached snapshot folder

Hello,
working on dr 19 studio, and after exporting audio i get this error message:

Transcription Error
Error during transcription: Cannot find an appropriate cached snapshot folder for the specified revision on the local disk and outgoing traffic has been disabled. To enable repo look ups and downloads online, pass "local_files_ only=False' as input.

i'm not working in console so i cant pass any argument. plz tell me what to do!
