moosh plugin-install command (db doesn't upgrade)

• moosh version: 1.8
• moodle version: 3.11
  • database: mysql 8.0.32
• php version: 7.4.33
• operating system: ubuntu22.04.2

Actual behaviour

When i try to install plugin with moosh the install is done but database is not updated.The paradox here is that when i install second plugin with moosh the previous plugin is installed in database and the new one is not installed in database.

Expected behaviour

I think that the right behavior is when you install a plugin with moosh the database must be updated and i can have functional plugin.
