The syntax we have for them currently is unworkable, the types just don't line up

What if: in "râo láojıaq nä duonuo háko", the adjunct were applied to the vP by means of a covert resumptive pronoun of type vt? Sort of like "râo laójıaq nä duonuo hôa háko", if you can imagine hôa standing for the adjunct.
