allow tagsearch in edit mode

Idea

Allow to use TagSearch in edit mode whereas instead of saving the tiddler, the tags field is modified, i.e. tags added (removed) from the edit field when added (removed) in TagSearch.

First Evaluation

This might actually be more difficult to achieve than one might think. Will need to play around a bit.
