How to Reproduce the Bug?

When upgrading a yellow tile that has run out the game gives the prompt to allow placement of said yellow tile, but when attempting to place it it often gives the error "Must lay yellow tile just replaced"
It's also giving the option to do it when the replaced tile has not run out.

I see it's been reported already, but company value didn't move to the right after the end of SR when fully sold.

You shouldn't have been offered the opportunity to lay a yellow tile after upgrading a yellow to green unless that upgrade frees up a yellow tile that had "run out" and wasn't available. I apologize for the bug, but at this point in the game it is just throwing an error when you are trying to do something that that the rules never intended.

I'll take a closer look when I return home next week.

Can you be more specific - which company, which OR, which tile you were trying to lay?

Yes, sorry, it's my first time reporting and I realised I had first listed as an error an example that was just a question of the game offering to relay a tile that was still available. My issue during the game was specifically with PHX trying to upgrade H5 to be able to relay #8 in H3 and connect to S. Ireland. PHX ORs eg. 4.2. And just to be more clear, it was specifically in H3 that I couldn't place it. The tile was eventually laid by upgrading a #8 and waiting for it to be available at the next possible turn.

I've cloned the game and went back to PHX's turn in OR4.2. #8's have run out, but I can upgrade H5 and then lay H3. So is there really a bug?
