How to Reproduce the Bug?

When the active user th3tick attempts to purchase a Treasury share of H, they get a red banner message saying `The server did not accept this action due to: Cannot buy a share of H... refreshing."

User is not at cert limit, should be allowed to buy more shares of that corp, and has the money to do so. They can buy a market share, but the treasury purchase fails.
