[18 India] Autobuy Railroad Bonds

What's your idea?

It's common in SR4 for players to be either at cert limit with extra cash, or have run out of paying shares to buy. Therefore the best course of action is to just purchase as many railroad bonds as possible.

It would help speed up async play if you can autobuy railroad bonds with the following options

1. End autobuy if shares are purchased from the IPO
   and possibly 2) end autobuy if a company is floated
