Company NCR placed a token in Nepal first, after this EIR placed with Danish EIC a token there too. Thus removed the homespot for TR and TR couldn't be floated anymore, because it could not place it's home station.

This sounds like a problem with the Danish EIC power. Will need to prevent it from removing an open city when it's reserved.
