Hi @PhillipBrickner. Do you have another USB port to try with the blink(1)? If you're using a USB hub or extension cable, try either swapping or eliminating those too. |
I tired another port same results. It shows up under devices and printers. I tried to run the troubleshooter on it but that did not help. The kind of funny thing is the blink1-tool from command line still works. Has to be something going on with something with the software. Is there any logs that might be helpful or a way to install that it creates a log that might be helpful? |
So I tested 2.2.9 and it works. It shows up serial# and all. I then tired uninstalling and the installing 2.2.8 again and it still does not work. The only reason I need 2.2.8 is for the API adding patterns. Any ideas? |
Just tested 2.2.7 and it looks like it's working. I will keep using it until the adding patters API is fixed. |
Hi,
I installed on WIndows 10 and the Blink1 device is not being recognized. I can confirm that it is working on another windows 10 devices. I also tried other Blinks and am getting the same result on this machine. Is there something somewhere that needs deleted for a fresh install. I have uninstalled several times and even manually removed the files that stay in the roaming profile folder folder.
I am using 2.2.8 since the api wasn't working for posting patterns in 2.2.9. I have not tried installing 2.2.9 then uninstalling and going back to 2.2.8 like on the working system.
Any ideas?
