Plugin System progress

As planned, at the end of the year. I will support the plugin system, at least in the infra code. Hopefully, we can officially support it to the community with useful SDK and APIs.

The major goal of the Plugin System:

1. Framework independent(yes, you could write Vue.js, Angular.js, or React.js Plugin in AFFiNE)
2. Permission control (network, filesystem access need granted)
3. Isolated sandbox
