Selection temporarily breaks after using pan when selected note is in edit mode #9819

What happened?

Steps to reproduce

Add a note (or whatever else with text)
Enter into note edit mode
Pan couple times using mmb
Now selection rectangle is disappeared and indication of currently selected note also disappeared
