.stlive.config options to add files to new Sencha projects including .gitignore, .gitattributes, etc.

Many standard files are set up in new projects so support copying a folder of files into new projects (folder is configured in .stlive.config files so can be setup for a group of related projects.

Perhaps ship a standard set of files in subfolder of res/ .

Now thinking it might be best to support GIT URLs to fetch these files so users can publish versioned repos of add on for their Sencha Projects (like plugins). Support NodeJS scripts to apply the addons. Repos can be public/private/internal etc. Just needs a simple NodeJS module interface to add one.
