Hello, it appears your mod either does not indicate or does not implement a server-side opt-in for your macros function, which is considered a cheat or "utility mod" by Modrinth. If you do not implement this, I will report the mod to Modrinth for falling under cheats as utility mods are against their rules.

Yea I don't really understand why a simple shortcut for executing commands should be a cheat, and I don't really know what you mean by a "server-side opt-in" for macros. Also I do not see a reason for you to go out of your way to report a simple mod for keyboard shortcuts
