Proposed rule which works for me: (not sure where it belongs)

Clear cookies of ceskenoviny.cz to test it.

These pop-ups are more of an annoyance than an ad per se. I feel like this rule belongs to a separate list.

Incomaker is an international marketing provider and so the rule should be added to the upstream Easylist Annoyances filter IMO.
